Suzanne & Chris | Wedding

All I could say that this was a fuuuuuuun wedding! The weather was great. Friends & relatives were awesome. The bridal party was kick-ass! And the bride & groom couldn’t be more perfect. Thank you Suzanne and Chris for letting me capture your special day. It was hella spectacular…especially the reception party. I really love it when everyone gets their groove on! Let’s just say we danced the night away.

Margie & Nik | Portrait

It was a perfect fall day to take Margie & Nik’s photos. The sun was up, the birds were singing, and there wasn’t a lot of people at the park…which was really a big plus when taking pics). Thank you for a lovely afternoon. I think I could have hanged out with the both of you for the whole day…you guys rock!

Poppy & Edward | Anniversary Portrait

Who would have thought that 10 years of marriage and two kids later will result in HOTTTNESSS!!! Yup, I spelled it riiiight. Poppy & Edward were smoking in their anniversary portrait session. I loved everything from this shoot…and it all started with Poppy’s electric pink dress. The weather was great, the location was fantastic, and you guys brought your “A” game! Congrats again for surviving 10 years of marriage – keep staying “Hot” and “Sexy” together!!!

A little lower back action keeps the marriage alive is all I could say ;)

Alexis | Quinceañera

Friends and family of Alexis kept me laughing all day. These kids were not only very energetic and lively but they have kick-@ss dance moves. Thank u guys for a fun day!!!

Suzanne & Chris | E-session

Most couples when doing an engagement session are always nervous at first. So to combat this, my secret solution…LAUGHTER. Laughing is the BEST cure for everything! It just brings good things…it’ll make you happy, giddy, more relaxed, and most importantly, it will really make you look adorable in front of the camera. Thank you Suzanne and Chris for a wonderful morning in the Windy City. All I could say is you guys look really really really cute together!!!

Fall is almost here…my favorite season!

Alexis & The Gang | Portrait

And when I say “The Gang”…it means her family. Alexis will be having her quinceañera next month so we did a mini portrait session before her big birthday bash. We met up at the forest preserve and the weather could not have been perfect. No rain, sunny skies, a bit muggy but still optimal weather in my opinion. But I could not have expected the mosquitoes. They kindna put a little damper on our session. Wow, mosquitos suck! We tried to avoid them as much as possible…but those pesky bugs won in the end. I think I had 4 itchy bites all over my arms and legs…darn it! But itchiness aside, it was still a fun session. Thank you guys for letting me lead you around the forest. Next time, I’ll be prepared with bug repellents!

Angela & Brian | Wedding

L-O-V-E….I really felt it during Angela & Brian’s big day. The Reverend even made me tear-up a little during the ceremony…which was a first for me since I never get emotional during the church service. Let’s just say the Man of the Cloth was goooood. In the end, we all laughed, cried, danced, toasted and celebrated one of the coolest couples I know. Congratz Angela & Brian! May you two always be forever awesome!!!

The Bell’s | Family Portrait

A cute stuffed horse being bounced over my head was my savior for this fun family session. Little Kayla just wouldn’t smile in the beginning for the camera. But it all changed once this magical horse appeared. I guess I would laugh too if an asian lady taking photos was suddenly attacked by a toy horse. Yup, this is what we gotta do to get the shot.
